1950's to 60's Clear Rhinestone Brooch. This Pretty floral brooch has a great 3 dimensional look due to its 4 layers of clear prong set rhinestones in different shapes. The setting is riveted to what is probably silver painted pot metal. The stones are all brilliant and clear. Not signed, no metal or maker's mark
